TO INTERESTED ARTISTS, COMPANIES, ORGANIZATIONS

If you are an artist, a member of a company that manufactures or sells products that wildlife managers would use, or a member of an organization concerned with wildlife management issues, we invite your participation as an exhibitor at the 27th Annual Natural Areas Conference.

Because conference participants may use, purchase and recommend equipment and materials like those that you and your company offer, this conference will be a great opportunity for you to get exceptional exposure. Space for commercial and non-commercial exhibitors has been reserved in the Upper Terrace at the Henry VIII Hotel and Conference Center, which is the site for daily coffee breaks, book signings by guest speakers, the scientific poster session and the silent auction. Attendance by conference participants at these gatherings ensures that your products will be highly visible. In addition, your company will be listed as an exhibitor in conference materials that each participant receives.

To help you decide on participation as an exhibitor, please note the following requirements.

Pricing For one booth space, price is $250 per "for profit" organization or $125 per nonprofit organization.

Format Booth space will include one 8' x 10' space, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7" x 44" identification sign indicating your company name and booth number. Electrical and phone services carry additional charges. Please call or specify in writing any additional services you may require at your booth. These needs will be forwarded to the convention services company we hire, and you may pay them directly for any additional costs.
Time The exhibit area will be available beginning 9:00 am on Monday, October 16, 2000. Setup should be complete by 1:00 pm, before registration for the conference officially begins. Your displays may remain until 9:00 am on Thursday, October 19, 2000, then all materials must be removed by 2:00 pm. The area will be guarded and/or locked nightly.

Deadline We can accommodate space for your company's exhibit as long as space remains available. However, we can guarantee space, a pre-made sign for your booth, and above-mentioned advertising only if you confirm your needs and submit payment by August 14, 2000. For advertising in the Conference Packet, please register before July 19, 2000.

To assist you with pre-conference planning, to provide the most effective exhibit show floor plan, and to help with displaying your products in the most advantageous way, we are hiring a convention services company. We will announce in future correspondence who you will be working with and how to contact them for additional booth space or other needs.
